    Crepes

    1.1. Ingredients

    • 200g of spelt flour or rice flour

    • 2 eggs

    • 300ml of unsweetened almond milk or rice milk

    • 200ml of water

    • 1 tablespoon of mild vegetable oil (deodorized coconut oil or canola oil)

    • A pinch of salt (optional)

    1.2. Whyit’s GERD-Friendly

We have carefully selected the ingredients to take care of your stomach. For example, the flour is chosen to be much less irritating than wheat flour. If you opt for rice flour, even better: gluten-free, it is particularly gentle on digestion.

Almond milk, on the other hand, promotes light and soothing digestion. We chose an unsweetened version to avoid encouraging inflammation, slowing digestion, or causing gas, which could increase the risk of reflux and acid regurgitation.

Finally, vegetable oils, such as deodorized coconut oil or canola oil, are much easier to digestthan animal fats. The result: a recipethat's gentle on your digestive system, without compromising on flavor.

    • 2 ripe bananas

    • 1 tablespoon of white almond butter

    2.2. Whyit’s GERD-Friendly

White almond butter is a key ingredient in our spread. Gentle on the stomach, it is a great alternative to traditional spreads, which are often heavy and irritating, while minimizing the risk of acid reflux. Bananas, with their alkaline nature, are perfect for soothing the stomach lining and promotinga gentle digestion. Finally, for an extra hint of flavor, a pinch of cinnamon can make all the difference. In small quantities, it adds a delicate touch without aggravating symptoms, although it may be less well-tolerated by a small number of people. Adjust to your needs for a perfectly balanced recipe that respects your digestion!

    2.3. Preparation

    1. Mash the bananas in a bowl until you get a smooth texture
