It is simply an extra case for the large pillow. I think the main order should come with an extra one as with it being white it doesnt take too long to get discoloured, but they currently dont unless you order it as an additional extra.
Its exactly the same material as the one you get in the original order so is of a high standard.
As it wont allow you not to score for Symptom relief and improved sleep I have scored these a 3 as they are neutral and dont really count for just a replacement case.

I use this without the other wedge pillow (it was too large). It’s really comfy but I don’t use it consistently all night. I am quite restless when the weather is warm but I can easily get comfortable again, despite the size and weight of the pillow. The covers are ridiculously expensive so I have taken a star away.
