Setup is Simple
Simply fluff, let breathe, and you are ready for sleep
Components are compressed for shipping. Once decompressed, fluff the body pillow and insert pillow vigorously and to help regain their shape. MedCline can be slept on immediately but can take 72+ hours for any residual "new memory foam" smells to dissipate.
Allow for break-in time
Foam typically takes about 30 nights to break in and meld to your body. Keep an eye out for helpful videos that we will send via email after your new system arrives. Also, feel free to contact our team of Sleep Specialists if you have any questions during your adjustment period.

Our story
MedCline was founded in 2011 by Dr. Carl Melcher, a respected physician and former professor of medicine at the University of San Diego, after being diagnosed with Barrett's Oesophagus, a potential precursor to esophageal cancer.
Convinced that positional therapy, applied correctly, could be a more natural and effective treatment option for reducing symptoms and relieving pain, he created his own patented solution: the MedCline Reflux Relief System.
Since then, the MedCline Shoulder Relief System, very similar in design, has been developed to meet the needs of people suffering from chronic shoulder pain at night.
